Rick Bross serves as our Technical Specialist, bringing extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and fabrication to our team. With a background as a skilled welder and fabricator, Rick understands the critical details that ensure quality craftsmanship in building projects.

Prior to joining our company in 2024, Rick worked as a superintendent for a single-family homes developer where he expertly coordinated various trades and oversaw construction across multiple neighborhoods. His comprehensive understanding of the residential building process, from foundation to finishing touches, enables him to provide valuable technical insights and practical solutions to our clients.
