Mathew Congleton brings a unique blend of expertise to the team at Built Environments. Beginning as a Desk Adjuster on MetLife’s CAT Team in 2015, Mathew swiftly transitioned into the heart of catastrophe response, embarking on numerous field deployments across the country.

Having personally witnessed the aftermath of catastrophic weather events, including hurricanes, hailstorms, and floods, Mathew possesses an exceptional understanding of the resilience and vulnerabilities inherent in building structures. This firsthand experience, coupled with a degree in Construction Management and certifications such as the IBHS Fortified Evaluator designation, has equipped Mathew with a detailed grasp of building science principles.
